Then we can check it. If it is our duty, we will compensate you. Please note that if you could not contact me within a month, I am so sorry maybe I could not help you because of our monthly updating information.
If you insist to return the good, it also OK, but you should bear the shipping fee. Once we received the good, we'll refund you the money.
